Based in Mid Devon, Mudita Fitness offers one to one personalised training plans and nutritional advice.
Our aim is simple: Working together to get fit, strong, healthy and to stay that way. We work with ALL ages and specialise in coaching those that are returning to, or seeking, an increased fitness in mid and later life.
Our plans are designed and delivered around you, your timescales and availability. We offer flexible, achievable and motivational programmes that nurture a positive exercise habit.
Our training and guidance is delivered "one to one", in your home, online or in a gym based setting
A Little About Me
Brendan, our Personal Trainer, has himself been on a recent fitness journey. Working with his own mentors he has experienced significant weight loss and a return to fitness that has seen him enter the endurance athlete arena.
His recent accomplishments have seen him complete The Marathon des Sables 2025, often described as the toughest footrace on earth. 18 Marathons and 6 50km+ Ultra Marathons including a 100 mile finish at the 2025 Hope Trail Festival.
A keen triathlete, he has completed all standard distances including the Iron Distance at The Nottingham Outlaw in 2023.
